In Beijing on May 16, C-100 Chairman Dominic Ng and Executive Director Angie Tang met with Chinese Minister of Culture Cai Wu. He was particularly interested in collaboration with C-100 on cultural exchanges between the U.S. and China.

On May 18 in Hong Kong, C-100 Chairman Ng introduced the Committee of 100 to Hong Kong Chief Executive-Elect Leung Chun-Ying. The next day, Ng met with C-100 supporter, C.H. Tung, Chairman of the China-U.S. Exchange Foundation. Tung has worked closely with the Committee and praised its U.S.-China Public Perceptions Opinion Survey for its breadth and impact.
