Since I joined the Committee of 100 twelve years ago in 1997, our membership has more than doubled. There are now 150 of us coming from all walks of life who are dedicated to the mission of furthering U.S.-China relations and expanding opportunities for Chinese Americans in the United States. Taking on the leadership of an organization made up of hard-charging, highly-accomplished individuals is a challenging task. I’ve got plenty to do already, so why did I take this post?
Because I want to help the Committee of 100, with its twenty years of significant accomplishments become even stronger and better able to serve the next generation.
